Meet Keith
Someone who knows what it’s like to feel stuck
Before I ever thought about becoming a hypnotherapist, I was doing fine…on the outside.
Good work.
A full calendar.
A life that looked like it should feel better than it did.
Inside, I felt disconnected and worn down.
Not dramatic. Not broken.
Just quietly lost.
I tried thinking my way out of it.
Reading. Reframing. Pushing harder.
Nothing really changed.
What changed things for me wasn’t effort.
It was being seen.
I didn’t go to a hypnotherapist expecting much.
I went because someone noticed what I was carrying and wouldn’t let me keep pretending.
That conversation didn’t fix me.
It helped me hear myself again.
And that was enough to change the direction of my life.
Today, I work with people who are strong, capable, and quietly overwhelmed.
People who don’t look like they’re struggling - but know something inside isn’t lining up anymore.
Sometimes the work brings relief.
Sometimes it brings clarity.
Sometimes it simply brings a deep exhale someone hasn’t taken in a long time.
What matters to me is the moment people realize:
“I’m not broken. I never was.”
If any of this feels familiar, let’s talk.
No pressure. Just a real conversation.
In Case You’re Still Wondering How I’ve Helped Others
Doing this kind of work requires trust, and I felt that from the beginning. Keith created a space where I could relax and let things unfold naturally.
— Ursula L.
Keith is easy to talk to. He creates a judgment-free space that helped me settle and get clearer about what I was dealing with.
— Alisa K.
I wasn’t sure what to expect going in. What surprised me most was how normal and conversational it felt. That alone made a difference.
— Trevor G.
I came in feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward. The work helped things calm down and made it easier to see what mattered next.
— D.H.
Keith is attentive and focused. His approach made this kind of work feel approachable rather than intimidating.
— Ann G.
No pressure. Just a real conversation.
