Meet Keith
Someone who understands what it's like when PERFORMANCE stops feeling natural
Before I ever thought about becoming a hypnotherapist, I was doing fine…on the outside.
I was a professional salesperson, working in a results-driven environment where performance mattered every day.
I knew how to perform...how to show up...how to keep things moving forward.
From the outside, my life looked successful.
Inside, something didn't line up.
Not dramatic.
Not broken.
Just a persistent sense of pressure and disconnection - as if I was carrying something I couldn't quite name.
I tried thinking my way out of it.
Reading. Reframing. Pushing harder.
Nothing really changed.
What changed things for me wasn’t effort.
It was being seen.
When I went to a hypnotherapist I didn't expect much.
I went because someone noticed what I was carrying and wouldn’t let me keep performing around it.
That conversation with the hypnotherapist didn’t fix me.
It helped me hear myself again.
And that was enough to change the direction of my life.
Today, I work with people who are capable, accomplished and under quiet internal strain.
Often they are sales professioinals...leaders...high performers.
People who don’t look like they’re struggling - but know something inside is interfering with how they show up and perform.
Sometimes the work brings relief.
Sometimes it brings clarity.
Sometimes it simply brings a deep exhale someone hasn’t taken in a long time.
What matters to me is the moment people realize:
“I’m not broken. I never was. Something was in the way - and now it isn't."
If any of this feels familiar, let’s talk.
No pressure. Just a real conversation.
In Case You’re Still Wondering How I’ve Helped Others
Doing this kind of work requires trust, and I felt that from the beginning. Keith created a space where I could relax and let things unfold naturally.
