Meet Keith
The Hypnotist Who Knows What It’s Like to Feel Stuck
Before I ever thought about becoming a hypnotist, I was the guy who looked successful on paper - but inside, I was running on empty.
I had a good career, a decent income, and all the trappings of someone who had it together.
But something wasn’t right.
I felt disconnected, unmotivated, and increasingly frustrated that nothing I tried could shake that heaviness.
I’d read the books, done the mindset work, and told myself to just “push through.”
But deep down, I knew I wasn’t lazy or broken — I was just lost.
I couldn’t find the switch that would turn the light back on.
The Turning Point
Out of sheer desperation, I agreed to a hypnosis session.
Honestly, I didn’t expect much.
But something extraordinary happened in that session.
It wasn’t about being “put under.” It was about waking up - to the part of me that had been quietly waiting to be heard.
That single experience changed everything.
It helped me release years of emotional tension and reconnect with a sense of calm, confidence, and purpose that had been buried under the noise of everyday life.
That day didn’t just shift how I felt - it changed how I saw myself.
The Discovery
I became fascinated with how something so simple - a conversation beneath the surface of awareness - could unlock so much freedom.
I wanted to understand it, master it, and share it.
So I trained in classical hypnotherapy - learning how to guide people into deep relaxation and suggest positive change.
Later, I added conversational hypnosis - a more natural approach that helps people uncover the real cause of what’s holding them back.
I realized that the best work isn’t about doing hypnosis to someone.
It’s about helping them discover the answers already waiting inside.
The Mission
Today, I help successful people who feel stuck get unstuck - fast.
Sometimes that means relief: clearing emotional fog and restoring calm.
Sometimes it means resolution: discovering and updating the emotional code that’s been running the show for years.
What I love most is watching the shift - when someone reconnects with themselves and realizes, “I’m okay. I’ve always been okay.”
That moment never gets old.
If you’re feeling disconnected or blocked - and you can’t think your way out of it - I get it. I’ve been there.
And I know what it’s like to come out on the other side.
You don’t need to keep struggling or analyzing.
All you need is a calm, safe space to reconnect with the part of you that already knows what to do.
No pressure. Just a relaxed, human conversation about what’s possible through hypnosis.
